I'll be honest with you โ€” Prowl started because of my cat, Shrek.

I was spending way too much time scrolling through product pages, buying things that looked great in photos and arrived looking nothing like what I ordered. Cheap toys that broke in a week. After one too many disappointing packages, I decided to do the work myself.

    Are your products safe for cats?
    Yes. Every product we carry is made from pet-safe materials. Our lick mat is made from food-grade BPA-free silicone. Our grooming brush uses soft flexible bristles that are gentle on all coat types. Our window hammock is tested to hold up to 20kg safely.

    What surfaces does the window hammock work on?
    The hammock uses heavy-duty suction cups that work best on smooth, clean glass surfaces โ€” standard windows and glass doors. It won't grip textured or frosted glass as effectively. For best results clean the glass surface before mounting.

    My cat is ignoring the product. What do I do?
    Totally normal โ€” cats take their time. For the grooming brush, try rubbing a little catnip on the bristles to introduce it. For the lick mat, start with something irresistible like a small amount of wet food or treat paste. For the hammock, place a familiar blanket or some catnip on the seat. Give it 3โ€“5 days โ€” most cats come around.

    Can the lick mat be used in the freezer?
    Yes. You can fill it with wet food, broth, or treats and freeze it for an extended enrichment session. Great for keeping cats calm during stressful moments like loud noises or when you need to keep them occupied.

    What is your return policy?
    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every order. If something arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or your cat simply isn't interested โ€” reach out to us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

    How do I request a refund?
    Email us at prowlpets@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, a photo helps us resolve it faster. We aim to process all refunds within 3โ€“5 business days.

    Do I need to return the item?
    In most cases no โ€” for low cost items we'll simply send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to ship anything back. We'll confirm this when you contact us.

    How long does delivery take?
    Most orders arrive within 7โ€“15 business days. We ship internationally and delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and local postal services. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

    Do you ship to the United States?
    Yes โ€” the US is our primary market and where most of our orders are delivered. We also ship to select international locations.

    Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package anytime at 17track.net. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at prowlpets@gmail.com.

    Can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After 24 hours orders are usually already being processed and we can't guarantee changes can be made.
