Shipping Policy

We know the excitement of ordering something for your cat and wanting it to arrive as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship at Prowl.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future — follow us on Instagram @prowlcat for updates.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Standard products 7–15 business days
US warehouse products 5–8 business days
Expedited shipping 3–5 business days (where available)

Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control such as weather events or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience when this happens and will always keep you informed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. You will see the exact shipping amount before confirming your payment — no surprises.

Free shipping is available on orders over $40.


Order Tracking

Every Prowl order comes with a tracking number sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your order anytime at:

Simply enter your tracking number to see exactly where your package is. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering please check your spam folder before contacting us.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you order more than one product they may arrive in separate packages and on different days depending on the supplier. This is completely normal — don't worry if your first package arrives without everything in it. Your tracking emails will show each shipment separately.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven't received it please:

  1. Check with neighbours and around your property
  2. Wait 3 business days — carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved email us at prowlpets@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately

If your package is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged please take a photo of the damage and email it to prowlpets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Prowl is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at prowlpets@gmail.com — if your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it for you.
